Yacht Haven is the place I always come back to... kind of makes it home. I've gone to other places in Southern California, but Yacht Haven is always the place I come back to. Yacht Haven is an honest, friendly, family run place that I can always count on to be there.

Very clean and well maintained marina. Private ownership and they are responding quickly if there are issues. Owner is a boater as well and the family built the marina long time ago. Prices are very compatible and there is a coffee shop on the premises with good food for reasonable prices. Showers has been remodeled in 2020 all lights works, switches , door knobs, power outlets, good wifi and good water. Rarely having electrical problem either. Everything is painted and kept up. The office has ice, soft drinks and beer. They are also selling simple maintenance products for boats as well as paint brushes, sand paper, paint thinners. Storage for Tennant's are available as well but the waiting list is long. I wish the storage was a little bit bigger, prices for storages are reasonable too. They have used oil recycling on the premises as well as a new enclosure of the trash containers. The property have new led lights every where and security cameras , all gates are protected with gate cards. I would say all the neighbors are decent, mostly elderly long time tennant's.

Yacht Haven may be in Southern California, but it has old' fashioned Alaska hospitality. Thank You for an awesome stay. The staff is incredible to work with. The marina showers are super clean. For an industrial area, Yacht Haven is surprisingly quiet! Don't forget the Marina Cafe'.... tasty with occasional special events that include live entertainment. We sure miss you all!!
